What Defines Our Policy Stance

Every charge is listed in your account before you confirm it. Deposit fees, withdrawal fees, and any other costs are transparent and disclosed upfront.

Terms & Conditions Questions

Your remaining balance is withdrawn to your original payment method within 24 hours. We don't hold funds after account closure. If you used QRIS, DANA, OVO, or GoPay to deposit, the refund goes back to that wallet.

No. Any material change to these Terms is announced in your account dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. You'll receive an email notification. If you disagree, you can close your account before the change applies.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported Indonesia region. We verify age during account setup. Accounts opened by minors are closed immediately and funds are returned to the original payment method.
